Job summary

Boys Town National Research Hospital in Concord, NH, is seeking an audiologist to independently provide research audiology services in hearing research using human subjects. The role involves managing multiple aspects of research in the assigned laboratory.

The candidate will perform a wide range of tests, participate in projects, supervise others, and recruit subjects, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and IRB protocols in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.

Qualifications

• Master's or AUD in audiology from an ETB accredited university.
• Minimum of one year of practical experience in audiology.
• Knowledge of hearing disorders and normal hearing function across ages.
• Eligible for state licensing.
• CITI certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced audiological tests to determine hearing status.
• Participate in special projects and research studies using human subjects.
• Supervise audiologists or students as assigned by Laboratory Coordinator.
• Recruit subjects for approved research projects.
