Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Senior Audiology Technician to provide advanced technical support for hearing research, operational assessments, and hearing conservation initiatives. This position involves oversight of audiometric testing and training junior technicians while ensuring compliance with research protocols.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 10 years of experience in clinical technical support. Preferred candidates will have experience in military hearing conservation programs and supporting tele-audiology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of research or clinical technical support experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable Government suitability determination.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance if required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee audiometric testing activities.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain audiometric and hearing assessment equipment.
• Support execution of research protocols and data collection procedures.
• Train and mentor junior audiology technicians.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance and protocol requirements.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
