• Present at least 1 peer-reviewed abstract at a national or international conference.
• Maintain 1 or more extramural funded grants.
• Maintain salary funding.
• Engage in and/or apply for other activities to supplement salary support (e.g., leading courses, offering new courses, serving on committees).
