Job summary

The University of New Mexico is seeking a Clinical Research Supervisor in Albuquerque, NM to coordinate and lead the Radiology Research Program. You will support faculty, residents, and students, coordinating multiple clinical and preclinical studies and ensuring regulatory compliance across the enterprise.

You will develop policies, manage budgets and resources, and foster collaborations with UNM Health System facilities and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 7 years of directly related experience.
• ACRP Certification as Clinical Research Coordinator is required or eligible.
• Substitution of higher degrees for experience may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the radiology research program across investigators and departments.
• Develop internal policies, processes, and procedures to support the research program.
• Communicate with research technologists, modality supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Assist faculty in applying for and securing internal and external research funding.
• Oversee budgets, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage pre- and post-award grant activities and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure facility and equipment usage complies with federal, state, and institutional rules.
• Foster multidisciplinary relationships and represent the program with external partners.
• Contribute to scholarly activities, proposals, and research dissemination.
