Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science required with 4+ years lab/industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to draft SOPs and validation reports.
• Proficiency in Excel and data interpretation; familiarity with JMP or Minitab.
• Independent troubleshooting and ability to guide junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical transfer of product components from Development to Manufacturing.
• Prepare complex manufacturing documents, validation protocols, and reports.
• Assist in DOE design and process characterization studies.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and Design Control principles.
• Mentor and train junior Research Associates on lab techniques.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet transfer timelines.
