Job summary

This on-site role emphasizes safe, accurate lab practices and collaborative problem solving. Responsibilities include executing experiments, preparing materials, maintaining equipment, and documenting results with high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field or equivalent wet lab experience.
• 1–2 years wet-lab experience in Diagnostics, Biopharma or academic lab.
• Experience performing ELISA and/or Flow Cytometry assays.
• Basic lab techniques: pipetting, centrifugation, solution preparation.
• Strong organizational skills and detail orientation; multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; safety and cleanliness focus.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments following established protocols.
• Assist in setting up experiments; prepare materials and organize equipment.
• Perform routine lab tasks: instrument start-up, fridge/freezer maintenance, cleanliness.
• Monitor and replenish lab supplies; maintain inventory.
• Operate and maintain equipment; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Document procedures, observations, and results; ensure compliance.
• Adhere to safety protocols for hazardous materials handling and disposal.
• Collaborate to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion.
• Support administrative duties related to laboratory operations.
