Job summary

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Research Associate II - Pilot Plant for an onsite role with a Global Biotechnology Company in Tucson, AZ. This contract position is 12+ months, starting soon and offering hands-on reagent formulation work in a regulated lab environment.

You will interpret experimental data, ensure quality and safety compliance, and support RUO operations, including formulation, filling and packaging of reagent products for commercial distribution.

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Research Associate II - Pilot Plant for an Onsite position with a Global Biotechnology Company located in Tucson, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis. You will be responsible for interpreting experimental data, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, and documenting findings to support the production lifecycle. You will also play a key role in Research Use Only (RUO) operations, supporting the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products for commercial distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis
• Interpret experimental data and document findings to support the production lifecycle
• Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols
• Support the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products for commercial distribution

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately

• Solid grasp of industry best practices and compliance standards

Desired skills:

• Prior experience working in a clinical or fast-paced laboratory setting
• Hands-on experience with reagent formulation processes
• Proficiency using SAP for inventory or production management

Pay range: up to $33.57 per hour
