Qualifications

• Team-oriented research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead application-focused research supporting R&D projects in paints, coatings, construction materials, water, and energy sectors.
• Develop novel formulations using active ingredients and delivery technologies.
• Apply analytical chemistry techniques, including HPLC, to characterize formulations.

• Maintain a safe, compliant laboratory and manage multiple projects efficiently.
