Research Associate

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing non‑chromatographic methods on eliquids and aerosol samples (e.g., pH, water activity, Karl Fisher, density, and particle sizing).
• Prepare eliquid and aerosol samples for analysis.
• Prepare reagents for laboratory use.
• Receive and log samples and supplies into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Clean laboratory glassware.
• Organize regulatory documents systematically.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and adapt to change while following established standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an analytical laboratory (preferred).
• Strong pipetting and weighing skills.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise written documents.
• Ability to communicate issues succinctly and logically.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• High motivation and flexibility.
• ENDS or nicotine‑related product experience is preferred.
• Experience in a regulated laboratory environment such as ISO 17025 is preferred but not required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field; or an Associate’s degree with 1 year of related experience.
