A leading healthcare organization seeks a full-time Research Assistant to support a significant study on hospital readiness and quality metrics. This role involves participant recruitment, survey management, and research activities. Job Description Summary: | The Department of Health Policy and Management seeks a full-time Research Assistant to support Hospital and Health System Readiness for Equity-QI Integration, a study of California hospitals and health systems around operational issues in the collection, use and integration of REAL data into efforts to close gaps in quality metrics. Funded by the California Health Care Foundation, the study involves the design, development, fielding and analyses of quantitative (and potentially qualitative) data, including development of a project report and creation of highly usable graphic depictions of survey findings and key takeaways. This position will support two principal activities.
