Qualifications

• Experience in antimicrobial technologies and disinfectant formulation development.
• Understanding of disinfectant regulatory frameworks (EPA, BPR).
• Ability to independently design experiments and translate findings into products.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional product development programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction for customer innovation needs with deep application expertise.
• Lead innovation pipeline programs across Marketing, Regulatory, Process and R&D teams.
• Design, plan and execute experiments to develop new formulations and applications.
• Develop expertise in disinfectant formulations including oxidizer-based systems.
• Lead formulation development and generate robust data for new products.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations and sales support materials with Global R&D and Marketing.
