You will design experiments, lead cross-functional programs with Marketing, Regulatory, R&D, and Sales, and translate scientific insights into market-ready solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design experiments and translate findings into commercial opportunities.
• Strong expertise in oxidizer-based disinfectant systems and surfactant technologies.
• Excellent understanding of EPA and BPR regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction to customer innovation needs with Arxada technologies.
• Lead innovation pipeline programs with Marketing, Regulatory, Process and R&D teams.
• Design, plan and execute experiments for new ideas, formulations and applications.
• Develop expertise in disinfectant formulations and leading product development activities.
• Create technical reports, presentations and sales support tools with Global R&D and Marketing teams.
• Collaborate across Marketing, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and cross-functional teams globally.
