Job summary

Arxada, a global leader in innovative chemistry and biotechnology, is seeking a Marketing Manager, North America Professional Hygiene to drive growth, market share and profitability across our Professional Hygiene business. You will collaborate with Sales, R&D, TS&D, distributors and customers to shape product portfolios and go-to-market strategies.

The role requires a strategic, commercially minded marketing professional with at least 5 years of experience in marketing or business development,

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with knowledge of animal biosecurity preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies in dynamic market environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel; FDA/EPA label knowledge is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing, customer segmentation, and business development strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Partner closely with R&D and TS&D teams to develop differentiated product portfolios and compelling label claims aligned with customer needs.
  • Lead promotional campaigns and go-to-market initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support business growth objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and key industry stakeholders across North America.
  • Drive distribution strategy optimization, geographic expansion plans, and customer retention initiatives.
  • Lead innovation project definition and manage the innovation pipeline in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Monitor business performance, manage budgets, and ensure successful execution of marketing and business development projects.

Marketing Manager, North America Professional Hygiene

As a Marketing Manager, North America Professional Hygiene, you will play a critical role in driving growth, market share, and profitability across our Professional Hygiene business.

The expected salary range for this role is $117,000 - $143,000 USD, but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location and other job-related, non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.

This role is also eligible to earn a short-term incentive bonus and the following benefits:
