Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in custom market research or related environment.
• Academic exposure to research methodologies incl. product, brand, advertising, customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of statistical software (SPSS, SAS, etc.).
• Hands-on experience programming surveys in Decipher, Qualtrics, or ConfirmIT.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of custom research projects under a Research Manager.
• Assist in development of research instruments (surveys, moderator guides).
• Program surveys using Decipher, Qualtrics, or ConfirmIT; perform fieldwork quality checks.
• Analyze survey data using statistical tools; apply weighting and validation techniques.
• Contribute to client-ready reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Integrate multiple data sources as directed by senior team members.
• Support client communications, documenting objectives and requirements.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and research operations.
• Explore AI-powered tools for survey automation and data synthesis.
