Job summary

The Harris Poll is seeking expressions of interest for Research Directors to lead large-scale, multi-country research programs, overseeing quantitative research, data collection, analysis, and reporting with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Our ideal candidates are strategic thinkers who can juggle multiple tasks and teams, drive projects to timely completion, and cultivate strong client relationships in a fast-paced environment. Experience in brand tracking and tech space is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities in a high-pressure environment
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with experience overseeing multiple projects and teams simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quantitative research projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Manage a team of research analysts, project managers, and staff, promoting high performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align operations with strategic goals.
• Analyze project flow to optimize resource allocation and growth opportunities.
• Manage budgets and expenses, implementing cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
• Foster strong client relationships and serve as a key point of contact for inquiries.
• Lead by example, multitask, solve problems under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
