VoicedIQ is the industry leader in public sector bid intelligence for companies (Federal Contractors) that sell to the government. Our platform supports thousands of contractor C-level and Sales Executives to help their growth teams gain insights into target government customers and win new public sector contracts. Since 2011, we have supported many fast-growing small and mid-sized businesses, as well as major brands like Google, IBM, Northrop Grumman, Peraton, Deloitte, and Accenture.

As a Research Analyst, you will analyze high-value Federal contract pursuits for respected client brands. Your role involves interpreting new capture intelligence, extracting information, perceiving patterns, and summarizing research results with creative writing and journalism skills. You will communicate with and interview key government stakeholders, and your findings will influence bid decisions and help clients win contracts worth millions. Research Analyst Responsibilities (Minimum 4-Year College Degree):

  1. Perform analysis, collection, and dissemination of critical capture information with a journalistic approach.
  2. Provide BD intelligence to industry C-level executives, BD teams, and service professionals.
  3. Advise executive decision-makers within Federal Contracting.
  4. Participate in delivering time-sensitive intelligence with team members.
  5. Interview and engage with high-ranking government officials.
  6. Contribute to providing real-time, accurate capture intelligence.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution with at least a 3.0 GPA.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills; typing speed above 40 WPM.
  • Comfortable conducting calls with high-ranking government personnel.
  • Remote work must be within the U.S. Eastern or Central time zones.

Experienced Research Analyst Responsibilities (2-3 Years Federal Contracting Experience):

  • All responsibilities of entry-level analysts.
  • Review work, provide feedback, support, and train other analysts.
  • Offer professional and technical support; oversee research areas.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
  • At least 2 years in market research, capture intelligence, or business development roles.
  • Experience with federal contracting platforms (SAM.gov, USASpending.gov, FPDS.gov).
  • Experience communicating with industry via phone and email.
  • Knowledge of Federal Contracting terminology, processes, and policies (FAR, NAICS, Contract Vehicles, etc.).
  • Remote work in U.S. Eastern or Central time zones.
