Job Summary
AMSTAT, Inc., a subsidiary of CAMP Systems International Inc., is the worldwide leader in providing researched market information to the business aviation industry. We are currently seeking a Research Analyst to work remotely in addition to an affiliated facility in Oklahoma City. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market information for aircraft owners and aviation professionals, as well as entering that data into the company database. The primary method for gathering market information is via phone or email, and thus candidates must be comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours per day.

Responsibilities
Contact aircraft owners via phone to update contact information, verify changes with aircraft, and ensure accuracy of information
Conduct market research on aircraft and aircraft owners
Search third party informational sources online
Download Daily CD from the internal FAA program into the internal AMSTAT program
Download specific documents from the FAA internal system to the internal AMSTAT program
Maintain Daily Request Document Spreadsheet
Make outgoing calls (30-40 daily)
Requirements
Candidate must be self-directed, goal orientated, energetic and organized
Experience in a heavy phone based setting a plus
Must possess excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
Working knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and in using the internet are requirements
