Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, economics, or a closely related field
• 1–3 years of relevant working experience a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of the New York City office market
• Ability to identify trends and develop industry reports
• Strong analytical writing skills
• Experience with data entry and database management
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; Proficiency in other MS Office programs
• Experience with CoStar, Real Capital Analytics, Trepp, Oxford and PitchBook a plus
• Ability to demonstrate familiarity with AI-powered tools and language models for research and analysis

Responsibilities

• Contribute to internal proprietary databases, including but not limited to lease comparables, stacking plans and tenants in the market
• Support the process of determining market statistics for all New York City markets
• Assist in the production of market reports, white papers, and trend pieces by creating and/or editing content
• Support the production of customized research material for sales professionals and their clients upon request
• Prepare standardized quarterly slides of current trends for client presentations and pitches
• Attend internal sales meetings to capture market data and information
• Other duties as assigned

• Contribute to internal proprietary databases, including but not limited to lease comparables, stacking plans and tenants in the market.

Salary Range Language
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
