Salary: $39,315 - $60,388
Function: Support data reporting and analysis to ensure compliance and inform decision-making, utilizing tools like Argos, Power BI, SQL, and other platforms. Coordinate data submissions to THECB, IPEDS, and internal entities. Promote data integrity and accessibility, supporting strategic initiatives and fostering a data-informed culture.
Scope: Collaborate across departments, implement best practices in data governance, and support change management. Work closely with the Director of Institutional Research in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Assist with publishing reports and visualizations. Other duties as assigned. This role may be performed remotely but requires regular communication and potential travel to Sul Ross State University.
Office conditions are standard; hours are regular and exempt from overtime. The position is security sensitive and requires exercising caution and safe work habits.
Texas law mandates a 60-day waiting period before new state employees can enroll in health insurance.
