Colliers International is seeking a Research Analyst based in Charlotte, NC. The candidate will play a key role in analyzing market trends and maintaining datasets to inform strategic decisions. The ideal applicant will have at least 2 years of research experience in Commercial Real Estate, proficiency in ArcGIS, and strong analytical skills. A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

You’re a data‑driven storyteller who thrives on turning numbers into meaningful insights. As a Research Analyst, you’ll play a key role in uncovering market trends, maintaining accurate datasets, and delivering analysis that drives smart, strategic decisions. You’ll support brokers and staff with timely research, respond to requests, and help bring high‑impact reports and publications to life. You will help shape how the market is understood and influence client presentations, property valuations, and onboarding of new team members.
