Colliers is seeking a Research Analyst in Charlotte, NC, dedicated to transforming data into strategic insights to aid brokers and staff. Your analytical abilities will help shape market understanding, influencing client presentations and property valuations.
You will aggregate data, assist in market reports, and collaborate with marketing teams while ensuring the accuracy of datasets. Ideal candidates have over 2 years of research experience in Commercial Real Estate and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Location: Charlotte, NC (on-site). This role also supports the Charlotte and Raleigh offices.

As a Research Analyst, you’ll play a key role in uncovering market trends, maintaining accurate datasets, and delivering analysis that drives smart, strategic decisions. Beyond the data, you’re a collaborative partner—supporting brokers and staff with timely research, responding to requests, and helping bring high‑impact reports and publications to life.
In this role, you won’t just analyze the market—you’ll help shape how it’s understood. From contributing to client presentations and property valuations to supporting the onboarding and training of new team members, your work will directly influence our success.
