Responsibilities

• Prepare administrative components of proposals; manage submission process.
• Develop, prepare, and justify project budgets.
• Liaise between PIs, OSPR, research groups and departments; respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with OSPR to ensure award setup and cost-sharing compliance.
• Review expenditures; advise on post-award spending and milestones.
• Create reports; support forecasting and decision aids.
• Participate in award closeout; prepare audit documents.
• Understand university policies; advise researchers accordingly.
• Mentor staff; lead group projects and cross-train as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
