Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions seeks a RESEA Specialist to deliver Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments at our El Paso, TX location. The role is on-site and requires regular in-office presence.

Responsibilities include conducting RESEA orientations, reviewing work search activities, and documenting services in state systems while coordinating referrals to additional services. Strong technology proficiency and bilingual abilities preferred.

Job Title: RESEA Specialist
Reports to: Lead RESEA Specialist
Position Classification: Non-Exempt
Wage range: $19 - $21/hour, $39,520 - $43,680 annually

Location: 8941 Dyer, El Paso, TX 79924

Primary Objectives of Position

Delivers Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessments to Unemployment Insurance claimants.

This position is on-site and requires a regular in-office presence.

Essential Job Functions

• Conducts RESEA orientations and assessments
• Reviews work search activities
• Documents services in state systems
• Supports 10-week employment outcomes
• Coordinates referrals to additional services

Qualifications

Technology Requirement

Position requires strong technology proficiency, including use of workforce information systems, Microsoft 365 applications, electronic case management, virtual service delivery tools, and evolving AI-enabled platforms in a paperless environment. Experience working within the Work In Texas system preferred. Successful completion of a basic IT skills assessment is required.

Additional Requirements

Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
