Job summary

SERCO of Texas, Inc. is seeking a RESEA program coordinator to provide rapid re-employment services to unemployment claimants and job seekers in the Texas workforce system. You will conduct intake, arrange services, and coordinate with local partners to support reemployment.

This full-time role requires travel within the service area, data entry in WIT, and adherence to program guidelines with a focus on customer service and accurate documentation. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Experience interviewing customers to assess training and employment needs.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to claimants and provide all RESEA services as required.
• Conduct intake interviews to determine eligibility and service needs.
• Provide RESEA services and ensure claimant participation in required activities.
• Enter information into WIT and maintain accurate records; submit weekly reports.
• Coordinate with employers and community partners to support job placement and referrals.
• Travel within the service area as needed for staff development or to fulfill duties.
• Adhere to project plans, timelines, and program standards; support continuous improvement.
