Job summary

Ecore International is seeking a Final Cut Reroller Operator to join our production team in Lancaster. You will customize customer orders by measuring, cutting, rewinding, and preparing materials for shipment in a clean, low-noise environment.

You will work with a 2-person crew, operate manual equipment, enter order data, and ensure accuracy and efficiency. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities, with a supportive, sustainability-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively and push 25 lbs regularly.
• Standing for long periods and performing physical tasks.
• Basic data entry and label printing on a computer.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive rolls from Material Handler and prepare for processing.
• Use hoist and A-frame to manually move materials.
• Cut materials to exact length using roller table and blade.
• Inspect materials for defects and imperfections.
• Rewind finished product, insert PVC core, and stage for palletizing.
• Input order data and print labels using Kenetic system.
• Collaborate with team member to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
