Ecore Athletic in Ozark, AL is seeking a Machine Operator to transform recycled rubber into high-performance products. You will oversee production, operate precision mixing equipment, and maintain strict quality standards in a demanding manufacturing environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (or 2+ years of relevant experience), physical stamina to lift up to 60 lbs, and a safety-focused mindset. Earn $18.50–$20.00 per hour with full benefits.

Shift: 1st shift

Schedule: Monday to Friday / 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Pay Range: $18.50 to $20.00 per hour

• Forklift or skid steer experience is a plus!

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 60 lbs. PPE provided.
