Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. seeks software engineers with TS/SCI clearance and active polygraph to work on Federal contract programs. Candidates must be a US citizen and meet level-based years of experience in software engineering.

Experience in C/C++, Python, Java tech stack, and modern tools is preferred. Positions are open across several U.S. locations, including Maryland, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

• This position has multi-level experience; Level 04 requires 15+ years of related Software Engineering experience; Level 03 requires 12+; Level 02 requires 9+; Level 01 requires 6+ years.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
• Must be a US Citizen
• This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to Software Engineering:
• Level 04 requires a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience
• Level 03 requires a minimum twelve (12) years of experience
• Level 02 requires a minimum nine (09) years of experience
• Level 01 requires a minimum six (06) years of experience
• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Experience programming in C/C++ or similar and Python

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• React
• Experience with relational, noSQL, and file-based storage products
• Experience with Java Security and Cryptology (PKI Certificates)
• Understanding of Amazon Web Services
• Experience with software configuration management processes and tools
• Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies and guidance
• Experience with Software Testing (e.g. Junit, Automated Test Tools)
