Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and management of requirements for nuclear infrastructure project delivery.
• Assemble and manage the definition of high-level requirements to satisfy customer and project goals.
• Manage and oversee the development of derived requirements during early design phases.
• Manage Contract and SOW requirements.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the project, including customers, internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Interface with clients and develop interface definitions and controls to ensure integration across disciplines and with third-party vendors.
• Organize work and coordinate the project team within company, program, and project standards.
• Document requirements using database tools to facilitate documentation and control.
• Assist in verification that requirements are satisfied during project delivery, demonstrating achievement through database tools and reports.
• Support change management processes and assess impacts on requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in project delivery and people management roles.
• Knowledge of project delivery disciplines related to nuclear facility infrastructure.
• Self-starter with ability to collaborate across multiple levels.
• Strong relationship management, facilitation, and consulting skills.
• Experience with Engineering Design Process, including control of design inputs and verification/validation.
• If required, ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
• Advanced engineering knowledge in change management or leadership in change control processes.
• Experience with contract and SOW management.
• Proficiency in requirements management systems and tools.
• Experience in writing and reviewing technical documentation.
• Knowledge of safety and operational requirements from design to implementation, including industry standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with DOE orders, standards, and guidelines relevant to requirements management, such as DOE-STD-3009, DOE-STD-3024, DOE-STD-1189, DOE-STD-1073, DOE O 413.3, DOE O 420.1B.

Preferred Qualifications

• INCOSE membership.
