Job summary

CoStar Group's Apartments.com in Richmond, VA is seeking a Reputation Specialist to manage online reputation programs for multifamily clients, including review response management, generation initiatives, reporting, and strategic guidance.

The role requires strong written communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment, reporting to the Manager, Social Media.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in reputation management or digital marketing or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for thoughtful review responses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and strategically respond to online reviews across platforms (Apartments.com, Google, Yelp, etc.).
• Implement review generation strategies via email, SMS, and resident outreach.
• Lead client calls to review performance and align on business goals.
• Prepare and present reports on reputation metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support retention and product adoption.
• Stay current on reputation management trends and best practices.
