Role Overview

Position: Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster

Responsibilities include:

  • Investigating automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury with attorney/litigation involved.
  • Working remotely from home while handling coverage assessment, liability, damages, and customer service.
  • Communicating with customers and attorneys via calls, emails, and texts.
  • Engaging in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements using innovative platforms and tools.

Location Requirements: Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. This role is not available to residents of California, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

  • The Recorder: Ensure accurate documentation and policy execution.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in casualty claim handling, especially in NY, NJ, PA.
  • 2-5 years of complex BI claim experience; litigation experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, independence, and knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
Licensing & Bonus
  • May require licensing within 60 days of hire, with support from the team.
  • Eligible for a $1000 licensing sign-on bonus if licensed.
Compensation & Additional Info

Salary ranges from $57,500 to $100,212.50 annually, based on experience. A background check is required. The role offers a flexible, inclusive environment that values diversity and belonging.
