Job Description

We are seeking a Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster who will investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and/or bodily injury, often involving attorneys and litigation. This remote role allows you to work from home while handling coverage assessments, liability, damages, and providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including calls, email, and text. You will negotiate injury settlements using innovative platforms and tools.

Note: Candidates must reside in the Eastern or Central Time Zones. This position is not available to residents of California, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service Expert: Demonstrate empathy, clarity, and partnership in claims handling.
  • Investigator: Conduct detailed claim reviews and interpret policies to determine coverage.
  • Effective Communicator: Use various communication methods to guide customers through the claims process.
  • Negotiator: Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements adhering to legal and business standards.
  • Problem Solver: Utilize tools and critical thinking to resolve claims efficiently.
  • Recorder: Maintain accurate documentation to protect the company financially.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience handling casualty claims, especially in NY, NJ, PA
  • 2-5 years of complex bodily injury claim experience
  • Litigation claims experience a plus
  • Strong communication, independence, and knowledge of insurance policies
  • Familiarity with claims platforms and Microsoft Office
Licensing and Compensation
  • May require licensing within 60 days of hire, with support from Allstate
  • Potential $1000 licensing sign-on bonus for active licenses
  • Salary ranges from $57,500 to $100,212.50 annually, based on experience
