Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Customer Operations Support professional to serve as a liaison for customers, resolve order issues and provide timely service across an inbound call queue. The role emphasizes problem resolution, accurate documentation and maintaining QA metrics in a fast-paced environment.

  • 2–4 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

What Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution

Responsibilities
  • Provides services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and order problem/dispute resolution.
  • Offers professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-Home
  • Supports an inbound call queue, aiding in placing orders, searching for products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questions

Anticipated hourly range: $16.30 per hour - $23.40 per hour
