Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Customer Operations Support professional in the United States to liaise with customers, resolve order issues, and manage contract administration and inquiries. You will provide timely service, support an inbound call queue, process orders, and maintain QA metrics in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule (10:00 AM–6:30 PM EST) with opportunities for development through supervisor-led 1:1 meetings and ongoing performance

Qualifications

  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
  • 2-4 years' experience in Customer Service preferred.
  • Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrate a passion for healthcare.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution

Anticipated hourly range: $16.30 per hour - $23.40 per hour
