Job summary

Bally's Kansas City is seeking a Representative for Guest Services. This full-time, on-site role supports guests and players, explains the Bally's Rewards program, and enrolls new members. You will assist with requests, track player data, and ensure a friendly gaming environment.

Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, be 21 or older, and able to obtain a gaming license. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
