Townsley Portraits is a small, family-run portrait studio in Las Vegas, looking for experienced people to sell wall art. We craft exquisite black-and-white fine art designed to honor genuine human emotion and connection.

This production-based role offers commissions with top performers earning substantial income while maintaining a two-to-three-day workweek. All appointments are pre-set and pre-qualified, with training and scripts provided to help close deals.

• Experience selling premium products, such as fine art portraits.
• Ability to convert pre-booked, pre-qualified clients using a proven script.

Townsley Portraits is a small, family-run portrait studio in Las Vegas (under 20 employees) looking for experienced people to sell wall art. We craft exquisite black-and-white fine art designed to honor genuine human emotion and connection. Operating our flagship Las Vegas studio since 2015, our master portrait artists bring more than two decades of dedicated expertise to every session.

What the Role Looks Like

• You sell premium products: fine art family portraits.
• Every client you meet is pre-booked, pre-qualified, and sitting in the chair ready for a sales presentation. No cold calls, no chasing leads.
• You will have the opportunity to work up to 3 full days per week (up to 30 hours).
• This is a production based opportunity. Schedules are based on performance.
  

What We Expect

• Follow the process. We provide a proven script and sales system. Consultants who use it average $1,400+ per order.
• Be coachable. Even if you've sold luxury cars, timeshares, or high-end services, this is a different product. Success here requires using our training and system and being open to trying new sales approaches and techniques.Show up ready.Professionalism, punctuality, and commitment to the schedule are non-negotiable. Our top earners are open and willing to put in the work outside of office hours to maximize that earning potential.
