Home Controls is seeking a Customer Service Representative - E-commerce in the Miramar Rd area to support Amazon, eBay and Walmart sales using in-house tools. The role focuses on responsive customer service, listing optimization and process efficiency to drive online revenue.

You will handle emails and chats, research strategies to stay competitive, manage returns, and work with a team in a fast-paced office environment dedicated to customer satisfaction.

The E‑Commerce Customer Service Representative responsibility is an active, hands‑on, in‑house e‑commerce marketing position focused on maximizing sales and efficiency on Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
