Job summary

Grant Gravois - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Slidell, LA. You will communicate with customers, help build relationships across product lines, and support daily office operations with documentation and scheduling.

You’ll also participate in local marketing efforts to boost community awareness and maintain accurate records for a consistent customer experience. We value teamwork, initiative, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
