Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks a friendly Customer Service Representative to assist customers and support equipment rentals at a busy U-Haul center. You will use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals, move and hook up trucks, and inspect equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers on products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returns.
