Job summary

U-Haul International, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative to be the face of our service team.

You will assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center, use technology to manage rentals and inventory, and ensure equipment is ready for customers. The role offers on-the-job education, two hands-on interviews with pay, a $100 hiring bonus and a $300 completion bonus through the certification program.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
