Job summary

Phantom Recovery LLC in Omaha, NE is seeking skilled Repossession Agents for a fast-paced, field-based role. You will locate and recover collateral, conduct skip tracing, and work with lenders and law enforcement to ensure compliant recoveries.

This position requires a valid driver's license, willingness to work nights and weekends, and the ability to work independently in the field. Training and competitive pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in repossession, recovery, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and irregular hours as needed.
• Familiarity with skip tracing tools and recovery software is a plus.
• Strong situational awareness and ability to de-escalate tense situations.
• Knowledge of Nebraska repossession laws and compliance standards preferred.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage and secure recovered assets until proper disposition.
