Top Notch Recovery Inc is looking for a driven Repossession Agent to join our Collegeville, PA team. This is a field-based role in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

If you thrive under pressure and take pride in getting the job done right, we want to hear from you. You will locate and recover vehicles, conduct skip tracing, document assets thoroughly, and coordinate with clients and authorities.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in repossession, towing, or related field preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong skip tracing and investigative research skills.
• Knowledge of Pennsylvania repossession laws and compliance standards.
• Excellent situational awareness and ability to de-escalate tense encounters.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Locate and recover vehicles and collateral assets for clients.
• Conduct skip tracing and field investigations.
• Operate a repossession vehicle safely and legally.
• Document and photograph recovered assets.
• Communicate with clients, debtors, and law enforcement as needed.
• Maintain logs, reports, and chain-of-custody records.
• Transport recovered assets to designated storage or impound facilities.

• Locate and recover vehicles and collateral assets on behalf of lending institutions and clients
• Conduct skip tracing and field investigations to identify asset locations
• Operate a tow truck or repossession vehicle safely and in compliance with state regulations
• Document and photograph recovered assets thoroughly at time of repossession
• Communicate professionally with clients, debtors, and law enforcement as needed
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and chain-of-custody documentation
• Transport recovered assets securely to designated storage or impound facilities
