Job summary

Conviso Inc. is seeking an experienced Reporting Specialist to analyze and document a complex SAP CRM Grantor reporting environment, including 200+ ad hoc reports leveraging SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) and Web Intelligence.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in SAP reporting, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) and Web Intelligence (WebI).
• Experience analyzing complex reporting environments and identifying data sources, dependencies, and integration points.
• Strong understanding of SAP CRM, SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience supporting SAP upgrades, migration, impact assessments, or testing activities.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing CRM Grantor reports, including business purpose, data sources, dependencies, ownership, and criticality.
• Assess reporting impacts associated with SAP CRM Grantor and SAP ECC/S/4HANA upgrades.
• Analyze BOBJ and Web Intelligence reports, data flows, queries, and reporting dependencies.
• Identify obsolete, duplicate, high-risk, or mission-critical reports and recommend appropriate actions.
• Coordinate with SAP reporting, BOBJ, Web Intelligence, SAP CRM, SAP ECC/S/4HANA, integration, functional, and testing teams.
• Support technical upgrade planning, impact analysis, testing preparation, and reporting validation.
• Develop and maintain reporting documentation, assessment findings, and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document existing CRM Grantor reports, including business purpose, data sources, dependencies, ownership, and criticality.

Assess reporting impacts associated with SAP CRM Grantor and SAP ECC/S/4HANA upgrades.

Analyze BOBJ and Web Intelligence reports, data flows, queries, and reporting dependencies.

Identify obsolete, duplicate, high-risk, or mission-critical reports and recommend appropriate actions.
