What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, review, and analyze production data for accuracy and timely reporting to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)
- Maintain reporting archives and update various file destinations/archives as needed
- Develop and improve reporting templates and data collection tools for effective task implementation
- Collaborate with management to create, test, and implement new reporting and tracking directives
- Act as a backup for other Reporting Specialists and ensure quality reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly outputs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to obtain government security clearance for system access
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access, as well as other data analysis applications
- Excellent communication skills (oral, presentation, and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
