Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a data reporting professional to gather, analyze, and prepare reports from multiple sources. The role involves creating ongoing reports, including inforce business reports and block experience analyses, and supporting cross-department projects with issue resolution.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years of reporting experience, with strong Excel and database skills and high discretion with sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 3 years reporting experience OR 7 years reporting experience.
• Experience developing reports from systems and analyzing data.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access or PeopleSoft Financial application.
• Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills to work with peers or across departments to resolve issues or complete projects/initiatives.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range

$47,500.00 - $86,000.00
