Job summary

HCSC in Chicago is seeking a data reporting professional responsible for gathering and analyzing data, creating reports, and disseminating information from multiple sources and systems to support informed decisions. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear reports for stakeholders.

The position involves building and executing ongoing reports, including inforce business reports and block experience analyses, and collaborating with staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree and 3 years reporting experience OR 7 years reporting experience.
• Experience developing reports from systems and analyzing data.
• PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access or PeopleSoft Financial application.
• Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills to work with peers or across departments to resolve issues or complete projects/initiatives.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.
