Job summary

HCSC in Chicago is seeking a data-focused analyst who will gather and analyze data, and prepare reports from multiple sources. You will create and execute ongoing reports, including inforce and block experience analyses, and disseminate findings to stakeholders.

The role supports projects across departments, resolves issues, and identifies operational impacts and practical solutions. Strong Excel and data messaging skills are required to translate information into actionable business insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree and 3 years reporting experience OR 7 years reporting experience.
  • Experience developing reports from systems and analyzing data.
  • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, Access or PeopleSoft Financial application.
  • Verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal skills to work with peers or across departments to resolve issues or complete projects/initiatives.
  • Problem resolution skills.
  • Ability to work with highly sensitive and confidential information.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for gathering data, analyzing data, and preparing reports including disseminating information from various sources and systems. Create and execute various ongoing reports, ranging from inforce business reports to block experience analyses. Supporting projects and initiatives and resolving issues by working with staff within the department or across departments and determining impact operations and provide solutions.

Work Arrangement
  • Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week.

Base Pay Range

Base Pay Range $47,500.00 - $86,000.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
