Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a Senior Financial Reporting professional to lead and control financial reporting and analysis, and to shape our reporting strategy across the organization.

The role includes advising senior management on financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, requiring 5+ years in accounting and supervisory experience, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and stakeholder communication. This position may be performed remotely from the continental United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
• 5 years accounting and financial reporting experience.
• 2 years supervisor and/leadership experience; skills in motivation, employee development, performance management, and hiring.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication and presentation skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Established project management experience and ability to work with numerous different groups throughout a large organization.
• Demonstrated track record of attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Job Summary

Base Pay Range

$92,700.00 - $167,500.00Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
