Cardone Ventures is seeking a data-driven and analytical Reporting & BI Developer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dynamic dashboards, data visualizations, and automated reporting solutions that provide critical insights to stakeholders across the organization. You will work closely with business leaders and data teams to turn complex data sets into clear, actionable intelligence that drives strategic decisions.

OBJECTIVES

  • Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into reporting solutions
  • Automate and optimize existing reporting workflows for scalability and efficiency
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, financial, operational) into cohesive reports
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting platform
  • Continuously monitor performance of BI solutions and recommend improvements
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis and deliver insights to cross-functional teams

COMPETENCIES

  • Advanced proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
  • Experience integrating and analyzing data from CRM and financial systems

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting roles
  • Relevant certifications in BI platforms or data analysis tools are a plus
