Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end reporting support across SAP BO and Tableau, from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical reporting solutions, including KPIs, calculations, filters, prompts and dashboard logic.
• Build and maintain BO universes, WebI reports and Tableau dashboards with a focus on data accuracy and performance.
• Troubleshoot refresh issues, data discrepancies, scheduling failures and report defects with partner teams.
• Support validation, UAT, release testing, cutover, documentation and end-user enablement.

Work You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end reporting support across SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and Tableau, from requirements gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.


• Translate business needs into functional and technical reporting solutions, including key performance indicators, calculations, filters, prompts, and dashboard logic.


• Build and maintain BO universes, Web Intelligence (WebI) reports, and Tableau dashboards with a focus on data accuracy, usability, and performance.


• Troubleshoot refresh issues, data discrepancies, scheduling failures, and report defects in partnership with extract, transform, and load (ETL), data, and platform teams.


• Support source-to-report validation, user acceptance testing, release testing, cutover, documentation, and end-user enablement, while identifying opportunities to streamline and standardize the reporting landscape.

This compensation range is specific to New Jersey and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $113,000 to $188,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
