Job summary

Washington State University is seeking a Reporting Analyst to ensure liabilities and project data are accurately planned, reported, and analyzed under the Payment Services Team Manager. You will use Workday and BI tools to drive data-based decisions in a high-volume, dynamic environment and may serve as Workday Records Administrator in the manager's absence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, including 18 quarter or 12 semester hours in accounting/auditing/budgeting and one year of relevant experience.
• Three to five years of reporting, analysis, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and Workday software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills to explain reports clearly.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial information for liabilities and special projects is accurately planned, reported, and analyzed.
• Act as Workday Records Administrator in the absence of the manager.
• Reconcile liability accounts, create journal entries, and support special projects.
• Provide tier 1 customer support for Payment Services and collaborate cross-functionally.
